Okay, I’ll admit right up front that a five week old baby probably doesn’t get much out of dressing up for Halloween. But her parents and grandparents got a real kick out of it. I was keen on dressing up and Debra was a great sport about it. We wanted a theme and went looking for costumes. We often lament how Maggie, despite being a tiny baby, absolutely owns us. Mom and Dad got cheap banana costumes, Maggie a monkey outfit and the theme was complete.
How’s this for a family band name……Monkey Maggie & The Peelers!
We didn’t do any Trick-Or-Treating, but did visit all the grandparents. If I’d known in advance that John was showing Beetlejuice in his front yard, I would have insisted we go there too!
